    Carina Cunha

    SVP GROWTH & FINANCE

Carina Cunha is a growth and commercial strategist with more than 15 years of experience building revenue across startups, FTSE 100, and Fortune 500 companies. She advises founders and executive teams on the two assets she considers highest-leverage in any business: communication and commercial strategy.

At Y42, she led global expansion — opening new markets, building cross-border commercial infrastructure, and positioning companies to grow without depending on outside capital to survive. She is also the founder of Carta Meridian, a capital advisory and commercial expansion platform connecting the Atlantic and Gulf capital corridors, launching this fall.

Cunha has built a global network across operators, founders, and investors. Her forthcoming book, First Principles of Persuasion, draws on physics and thermodynamics to advance a theory of influence grounded in energy allocation — how the constraint to conserve energy shapes attention, belief, resistance, and choice.

She speaks internationally on persuasion, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making.
